Are Aesop’s fables for children and adults?

Many parents are so busy making money these days that they don’t even think twice about putting the task of raising their children in someone else’s hands; They also do not realize the importance of ensuring that their children grow up wise enough to face the many challenges that arise daily in each person’s life.

Some parents often transfer their caregiving responsibilities to some other stay-at-home family member, such as the children’s grandmother or grandfather or an older brother or sister, and then complain about the habits they notice their children have adopted. acquired. Worse still, there are still parents who totally rely on friends, neighbors, babysitters, even school programs to leave the tasks of developing young children’s skills and habits in their hands.
It is sad to see how many good family traditions are lost day after day. Now think about this: Who will be more interested in raising children properly, their parents or someone else?

However, it is a blessing that there are still people who love children and dedicate their best efforts to help properly educate the youngest members of the family outside the home.
I personally admire the efforts of a ministry at a church in the Waldo, Ohio community dedicated to bringing joy to the children left in their custody daily by their “occupied” fathers.

It is interesting that they have selected some of Aesop’s fables for children to act out in short skits.

Without a doubt, Aesop’s fables are still good reading for children.
