Double the results of your muscle building workouts

Do you have a hard time just getting up and heading to the gym? Well, you are not alone. For most people, it takes a lot of mental energy and commitment to jump up and move to the gym on time. Muscle building workouts are demanding, especially if you don’t master the strategy and effective and fast set of weekly muscle building workouts that work for you.

But also, showing up at the gym is only half the battle, because it is not the same to be physically present and to be focused on giving 100% in your workouts. If you are getting a bit older (like me) and/or have to deal with everyday duties and family life, overcoming these mental blocks is even more important to you. We all know that coming home from work and having to deal with everyday life at home is stressful and can really get in the way of your training progress. It’s very difficult for most of us to jump into muscle building workouts if you’ve put in 8, 10 or 12 hours of work. I want to share with you something that can help you overcome this obstacle.

I distinctly remember when I was first starting my office job, the only problem I had with going to the office every day was that it got in the way of my exercise program. Before that, I just took care of school work and training. Oh how I missed those days when I had all the time in the world and most of it was spent working out. But then things completely changed! I’m sure no one has to explain how it feels to come home after 10 or 12 stress-filled hours of work.

Those first 5 or 6 weeks were ugly. Returning home, all I could do was just collapse on the couch, dead to the world with no motivation to get up and go to the gym. But it was intolerable and soon I had to find a way to get my energy level and enthusiasm back. I felt dead without my workouts! Somehow I started going to the gym again and my exercise program to build muscle mass was a very bitter experience. I would not like you to visit these phases and forms of struggle even in your dreams.

Solution

One day, when I got home from work as usual, but due to a power outage I was forced to take a very cold shower (never before). As soon as I was done I noticed a huge difference! I was super refreshed and ready to give my best and reach all the goals I set for myself in my weekly muscle building workouts. The cold shower woke me up and I felt energized and refreshed.

Have you ever tried this? You should try this simple trick to boost your energy levels. Yes, it takes 10 minutes more of your time since most of us like to shower after training, I know. If you give it a try, you will feel how powerful this is and the boost it will give your progress.

This is simple and simple things are the best. I still do it to this day before I work out. I take my pre-workout shakes 15 minutes before I shower and after I get out I feel good and clean. My workouts are fresh and full of energy. I can thank this same freshness of mind that I arrived at the perfect system of exercises to build muscle mass that I was looking for for myself. The way I see it is if you find something that works for you, use it and get the most out of it. Some days I skip my “cold shower therapy” because I don’t feel as tired, etc. But I can see, I always have a better workout if I shower before my workouts.

If you find yourself tired and lazy after a hard day at work, try taking a shower before your muscle-building workouts. I am sure you will notice a big difference in the way you feel before your workouts. Especially if you get good weekly effective muscle toning workouts, you will progress so fast just by applying this simple thing.
